How To Fail at Blogging, No Time to Stop and Smell the Roses
Such a beautiful morning as I rise to this day.
The weather is not to hot and there is no humidity at the moment and I have just enough time to get up and get some shopping in before going to make this sale and dropping off another item at the post office.
Sales have been slow thus far this year with my wreaths and swags so I have spent quite a bit of time making jewelry and getting my game up to par in that department. Let me tell you, trying to run these two shops and this full-time job does not leave me time for blogging.
I can’t really say that I am focused on blogging like I want to.
Lack of focus leaves me feeling like there is not enough time in a week to get everything accomplished. Where Do You Find Time..
There are so many things I have to write about yet I can’t find the time to do it.
Trying to be ahead of the game I bought a planner at the beginning of this year. Following the paths of those before me was the intended goal but that was very unsuccessful to say the least.
Knowing that I am not a person that follows the normal flow of everyone else, I even tried writing in the planner at the end of the week so that I could feel like I got some things accomplished and finished but that didn’t last long either.
Following the lead of others does not work for this gal.
Hence the stepping-stones that I have placed in my way at this moment.
Yeah, it may take me a little longer to get to where I need to be but it all falls on me.
I don’t have a plan and I don’t know what the hell I am doing.
And don’t get mad if I say that I am good with that. This is a learning experience for me. Unfortunately its a slow process.
Like most of us that want to do and try something new I constantly let my self-doubt ruin the moments at hand when I could or should be using that time to get moving on that new thing.
Reading the work of other fellow bloggers and what they went thru to get noticed and how they make a living out of blogging is the goal for everyone. The way they went about it is something totally different.
I applaud all of you that have made as well of us that are trying to make it.
Thank you for paving the way and leading us to the light.
Forgive us for straying off the path and trying to do it our own way but know that we appreciate you.
There is no success for us at this moment in time, no road blocks that we have crushed and no mountains that we have climbed.
We will do better.
What do you find yourself struggling with as you try to get your blog up and running?
